Overview:   

This position is an opportunity for a curious and equity-minded person to become a member of the Museum's Learning and Research Department, which seeks to use research, evaluation, and professional development to advance the Museum's mission of providing innovative and inclusive museum experiences that inspire kindness, joy, creativity, and curiosity for all learners. The department builds applied knowledge that fosters just, equitable, diverse, accessible, and inclusive (JEDAI) practice in the design of learning environments (exhibits, programs, etc.) and broader systems. The Manager will demonstrate leadership, independently lead projects, manage youth researchers, and work collaboratively with museum colleagues, external partners, and children, youth, and families to support the Department's work.
