ACM Outstanding Practice Award


The ACM Outstanding Practice in Children’s Museums Awards recognize an exceptional accomplishment by a children’s museum in work across all departments that is also recognized as an outstanding practice for the field. This award may recognize contributions to the field through innovative exhibits, strategic initiatives, fundraising efforts, or transformative leadership.



InterActivity Diversity in Action Fellowship Program


The ACM Diversity in Action Fellowship provides museum staff from underrepresented groups with complimentary registration to InterActivity 2025, a complimentary ticket to the evening event at Explora, networking opportunities at the conference, and access to a private community for awardees on the ACM Groupsite.

InterActivity Small Museums Financial Aid Program


The InterActivity Small Museum Financial Aid Program provides staff who work at smaller museums (annual budget $500,000 or under) with complimentary registration to InterActivity and a complimentary ticket to the evening event. The program’s goal is to offset the professional development expenses for those who would benefit from attending the conference. Awardees will attend the entire InterActivity conference and be asked to participate in the review process to determine awardees for the following year.
