Meet us in St. Louis to PLAY The Long Game as we explore ways that children’s museums can adapt to today’s current dynamics, while at the same time preparing for the future in order to remain viable and relevant for generations to come.
The Magic House has been playing the long game for more than forty years, continually evolving to support changing community needs. What began as a small hands-on museum in a Victorian house in 1979 has grown into a state-of-the-art educational complex with an urban satellite location. The Magic House’s winning approach has always included a strategic focus on the long game.

We have condensed the schedule to make time away from your jobs shorter, but the conference will still provide all the content and networking opportunities you love, including an opening night reception in the ACM MarketPlace, the usual six blocks of concurrent professional development sessions, open and closing plenaries, plus add-on events like optional off-site study tours and the evening event at The Magic House.
