The Sciencenter has a dozen Traveling Exhibitions that tour throughout North America and are rented by other museums. These exhibitions are 1200-2000 square feet and each travel 3 times a year (January, May, and September). The Traveling Exhibitions program supports the Sciencenter’s mission by furthering our reach of interactive and educational science experiences. This program is also a critical, revenue-producing resource.

Over two decades, we have built a reputation for touring highly interactive, educational exhibitions, and for excellent customer support. The Traveling Exhibitions Support Coordinator leads the technical support for these exhibitions. Writing installation manuals, shipping spare parts, troubleshooting malfunctioning exhibits, coordinating periodic refurbishments, and customer support are core to this role. There will be a robust training program to help orient the new person in this role.
