InterActivity 2017 Registration Policies

Please review the following registration policies before submitting your registration.

Payment Options

For online registrations, ACM accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at time of registration.

For mail and fax registration, ACM accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, or wire transfer. In order to receive a discounted registration rate, checks must be postmarked by or received by ACM by the close of the discounted registration period. Registration Transfer Policy

The deadline to transfer a registration from one individual to another without a fee expires on April 5, 2017. Transfers made after April 5, 2017 will be subject to a $75 transfer fee. Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and received by April 5, 2017. Any refunds, based on the refund schedule below, will be issued following InterActivity 2017. Please check with ACM to be sure your request was received. ACM is not responsible for cancellations not received.

Cancellation Refund Schedule

  • January 18, 2017: Last day for full registration fee refund, less $75 cancellation fee.
  • January 19–March 1, 2017: Fifty percent registration fee refund.
  • March 2–April 5, 2017: Twenty-five percent registration refund. 
  • After April 5, 2017: No refunds will be issued. 

Optional Events Tickets Transfer and Cancellation Policies

Tickets to Events are available in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. ACM cannot guarantee the availability of tickets for purchase onsite. Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase event tickets with their registration. ACM will not refund any event purchases unless ACM has cancelled the event.

Requests to transfer an event ticket from on individual registrant to another should be submitted to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by April 5, 2017. Please note that it is necessary for ACM to record the transfer to issue a valid ticket. Onsite registrants may sell their event tickets to other conference attendees, but it is up to the individual to broker the financial transaction with the new ticket holder.

Cancellation: Ticket purchases will be refunded only to those who are canceling their conference registration. Ticket refunds must be made in writing to ACM and emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by April 5, 2017. No other ticket refunds will be issued unless the ticketed event is canceled by ACM.
